For us to assist you and make a lawful agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with.

Application
- These Terms and Conditions will apply to the information received by you (the Customer or you), The Bench of Saint John Email benchofsaintjohnchambers@gmail.com (the Supplier lawful acquisition or us or we).
- These are the Terms on which we provide service to you. By asking for our assistance with lawful information documented, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Interpretation
- Consumer means an individual acting services wholly or mainly outside his or her trade, business or profession.
- Contract means the legally binding agreement between you and us for the service.
- Service Location means the service premises or other locations where the service is to be supplied, as set out in the order.
- Services means any service that we supply to you, of the number and description as set out in the Order.
- Order means the Customer's order for the service from the Supplier for lawful acquisition, as set out in the Customer's service or the Customer's written acceptance of the Supplier's lawful acquisition quotation fees.
Services
- The description of the Services is as set out in our fee price list.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide is accurate.
Basis of Service
- All work will begin upon receipt of fee payments in full.
- The description of the services in our Fee Schedule or the form of a document does not constitute a commercial offer to sell these services.
- When an Order has been made, we can reject it for any reason.
- A contract will be formed for the services ordered, only upon the Supplier's lawful acquisition by sending an email to the Client saying that the Order has been accepted or if earlier, the Supplier lawful acquisition delivery of the services to the Client.
- Any quotation is valid for a maximum period of 15 days from its date unless we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time.
- No variation of the Contract, whether about description of the Services, price or otherwise, can be made after it has been entered into.
